Returns Policy

Our returns policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law because we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read the following carefully to ensure you are fully aware of your rights under this policy and our obligations to you.

Change Of Mind Returns
We do not exchange or refund due to change of mind. This includes reasons such as not liking a perfume or product that you have purchased, selecting the wrong item when purchasing from our website, no longer needing the item or another person has bought the same product for me.

We are happy to offer advice on the choice of a perfume, however, we cannot take responsibility if you are not happy with your purchase as a result of this advice. We strongly suggest that you try a fragrance prior to purchasing from us.

Defective Items:
When items are faulty, you may choose between a refund or exchange for the products concerned. You must contact Be Bold Perfume within 7 days of delivery of your purchase. We will pay for the postage and packaging charges associated with this return. Refunds and exchanges will only be made once faulty items have been returned to Be Bold Perfumes.

When items arrive damaged upon delivery from Australia Post, you must contact Be Bold Perfumes within 48 hours of delivery. The delivery box and damaged goods must be kept as these may be necessary for an insurance claim from Australia Post. You may be requested to provide a photograph of your item/s and /or delivery package in order to investigate the damage claim. Refunds or exchange will only occur once a claim has been submitted to Australia Post and a claim number has been forwarded to Be Bold Perfumes.

Sale Items:
No refunds or exchanges are offered on sale items.

Restocking Fee:
For returns due to change of mind or non-faulty items, a restocking fee of 25% will apply, along with any third-party payment fees incurred by Be Bold Perfumes.

All items must be returned to Be Bold Perfumes within 14 days once a return approval has been granted.

Packaging a Return:
Please pack all products for return securely in a box and not a satchel or bubble envelop, with some filling inside the box for protection. Ideally, it would be best to use the same box and filling provided by Be Bold Perfumes in the original shipment. Please take care in packing returns - as we will not be responsible for damaged products upon return unless it was received initially that way by the customer. Please affix the return address label provided by us or write clearly on the box the return address as provided by Be Bold Perfumes.

Returns Assessment and Processing
Once receipt of goods back to us has occurred, we will assess the goods and then take appropriate action within 72 hours of receipt of goods. If we decide to issue you a refund, the refund will be credited to your account within 48 hours of assessment and will be in the same method that the payment was originally made. Where the total contents of an order are to be returned due to being defective or damaged, and a refund is requested, we will refund the total original purchase price including the shipping fee. If we decide to issue you a replacement, the replacement goods will be dispatched to you within 72 hours of assessment being made. Replacement items will be sent at no cost to the customer.

Important Key notes for Returns

  • A Credit authorization approval must be obtained within 7 days of delivery of your order for faulty goods.
  • Products must be returned within 14 days of receiving credit authorization approval.
  • Replacement goods will be shipped only after the goods returned are received and then assessed by us. The replacement will be dispatched within 72 hours of being assessed.
  • Refunds will be credited within 48 hours of an assessment being made.
  • Items returned to us without credit authorization approval will be returned to the sender at no cost to Be Bold Perfumes.
  • Be Bold Perfumes takes no responsibility for returned products lost or damaged in transit.


Applying for a Return:
We strive to maintain high-quality customer service. To apply for a return, please email us at info@beboldperfumes.com.au with Order Number and include a daytime contact phone number along with your registered email. We will then evaluate your return and give you a return authorization approval and an address to send the product back to us.

Change of Mind:
Please choose your items carefully. We do not offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind or make a wrong selection. 

Faulty or Incorrect Items:
If you receive an item that is faulty, not as described, significantly different from a sample shown, or doesn't perform its intended function, you may be eligible for an exchange or store credit. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to initiate this process.
